Taiji 37 is based on the 37 original Taiji postures. These postures have their own technique and movement. You will learn to relax and stretch your muscles in these postures. Each technique has its own intention, such as a push forward. You practice your mental strength with the various Taiji intentions. You develop a relaxed alertness and a meditative focus.
Taiji 37 helps you to relax in body and mind. You will become aware of your habits and learn where you need attention to get and stay in balance.
In addition to standing postures, you will also receive exercises for the development of:

- A deep relaxed breath
- Moving your body “as one”

- “Pushing” hands (an exercise in playing with forces)
- Taiji form (a form of movement in which the postures merge smoothly)
